Gene Manuello has served as the president of the Sterling Irrigation Co. for the past 21 years and as the representative from the agricultural sector on the South Platte Basin Roundtable for the past 13 years. He also has served as a member of the Colorado Ag Water Alliance, including service as its vice chairman. He is also a past president of the Colorado Cattleman’s Association. 

He has served as the vice president of the Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District for the past nine years, the vice president of the Logan Well Users LLC since its inception and has been a member of the board of directors of the District 64 Reservoir Co. since its inception. 

Manuello lives in Logan County and has three adult daughters.
