Pie-Shaped Sloped Lot with Retained Grade (6,750 square feet)
The Colorado Contemporary reflects a pie-shaped lot with significant grade change. The backyard and side yard conditions reflect what can be anticipated for lots backing to open space with a trail easement along one side. Retaining walls and planter walls are used to transition grade in contemporary style reflective of more rugged Colorado landscapes and design.
Note: Plans need to be printed on a 24x36-inch sheet to be readable and at the accurate scale. Other documents, such as Design Guide and Water and Cost Estimates, are to be printed on 8.5x 11 inch.
