The Association of State Dam Safety Officials hosted its 40th Annual Dam Safety Conference in Denver this year, and the Chimney Hollow Reservoir team offered a field trip to attendees to visit the construction site. Over two days, about 60 dam safety professionals from around the country got to visit the site to see the largest new dam built in the country in the last 25 years. Presenters on site included representatives from Northern Water, Black and Veatch, Stantec, Barnard Construction and WALO.
