On June 5, crews started working double shifts (two 10-hour shifts) in the tunnel, which will ensure progress continues to stay on schedule. Tunnel blasting at the site will now occur between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. and the blasting schedule will be posted on the Chimney Hollow Construction page. We are working to install additional noise mitigation to minimize the impact to the public.
